Q: What advice would you give to another woman considering the boudoir experience with Rachel Jasmine Studio?Ī: If you’re nervous, just put your trust in Rachel. You have a fun day long experience, grow your confidence, love on yourself, and then end up with amazing images to keep for yourself, a significant other, or share with the world. Sometimes it’s hard to pull the trigger but I promise that it’s worth it. I’m pretty sure I check out women more than men – that arch? Those eyes? Wow that booty? Women are amazing! Q: Would you recommend Rachel Jasmine Studio for the luxury boudoir experience to others?Ī: I would 100% recommend it. I also think it’s made me love and appreciate other women more. There’s nothing wrong with working towards different versions of myself, but now I love and accept myself at every stage. I thought my belly was gross, shoulders too broad.I picked everything apart. I had always been very hard on myself and negative. I can honestly say I don’t think I’d have the confidence or attitude I have now had I not done this. Q: Has anything changed for you since your boudoir experience and seeing your gallery? How has boudoir impacted your body image as a woman?Ī: Confidence, my attitude, my views on body image. I love looking at my photos and seeing how confident I am and how much I love myself in them. The good news is: YOU DO! I cried and couldn’t believe it was me. It’s hard to put into words! You see the photos of others that have done it and wonder if you will really look that way too. Q: What was it like seeing your images for the first time? But as usual, Rachel walked through every detail from my eyes and lips down to my toes (and laughed along with me) and made it the best day. The second time around, I knew I would be awkward and laugh my way through posing. In reality, I was still awkward but ended up feeling like I could conquer the world. Q: Did you have any expectations going into your boudoir session?Ī: For my first session, I fully expected to be awkward and the furthest thing from sexy. I booked this second session because I love the confidence boudoir has given me! It has really changed how I view my body. I wanted to see a different side of myself and push myself outside of my comfort zone. Q: What was your initial reason for booking?Ī: I’m single, so while a man may get to see all of my photos one day, this was all for me. I loved it so much, that here I am, now 2 sessions under my belt. I did my first session and felt like a brand new woman! Once I learned more and saw how much Rachel believes in empowering women, I had to go for it. Here’s what she had to say about her experience with us in round two! Q: How did you first hear of Rachel Jasmine Studio and what made you want to book with us?Ī: A close friend had booked with Rachel before – her photos were amazing! I started following all of Rachel’s social media accounts and joined the VIP group. As a Scorpio Sister myself (I can chat about the Zodiac alllllllll day), I knew exactly what she meant and I felt incredibly inspired to translate that into boudoir art. The overall theme of that shoot was one of empowerment, but with strong elements of light and sweetness.įor round two, she wanted to explore her darker and more dangerous side. She first came to me in our downtown studio. I have gotten to work with Megan twice over the years. It should never be borrowed from someone who has the ability to take it away. The experience you should have, or aspire to have, is one where you can give yourself the gift of self validation.
